Pyrolysis is a complex series of chemical and thermal reactions to decompose or depolymerize organic material under oxygen-free conditions. The products of pyrolysis include oils, gases and char. The pyrolysis oil products in this research are from tire and plastics which are dissimilar in physical properties and chemical properties. The appearance of the tire pyrolysis oil is liquid and dark in colour oil at 30°C (room temperature). This pyrolysis oil has smell due to the high aromatic substance.
Our Manufacturing process runs in controlled manner where the data is monitored every minute to make sure that the process is complete and all the safety measures are adequately taken to keep the environment safe and secure.
During the Pyrolysis process the ELTs are converted into Pyrolysis Fuel Oil, Carbon Char and Tire Wires, thereby leaving no wastage whatsoever.
We have one of the leading production capacities world-wide, to give you an outlook of the same, we consume about 500MT of Tires and Industrial Rubber put together and the produce approximately 2 lac liter of Pyrolysis Fuel oil, 175MT Pyrolysis Carbon and 75MT of Steel Wires.
